Astley Open weekends
- 27th-29th June 2025 – Landmark Trust/Astley Castle will be hosting the Sudden Impulse Theatre Group, who will be performing on the Friday and Saturday evenings. Further details to be confirmed, please contact the Clerk, Helen Billington, for further information

Astley Social Group
Astley Social Group arranges activities and social events throughout the year. These friendly gatherings meet in Astley Reading Room on 2nd Tuesday of each month at 2pm. All are welcome to join for friendship, tea and home made cakes. These fun events keep friends together and sometimes include guest speakers. They help raise monies for The Reading Room.
Previous events in Astley Parish
Friday 7th – Monday 10th June 2024
Astley Church and Astley Castle open weekend. There will be a display in the church about 50 year anniversary closure of Astley School, and stalls, plus books for sale in Astley Church.
Refreshments will be served in the Reading Room on the Saturday and Sunday
